Now that Spring has sprung, are you feeling that despite your good intentions at the start of the year, you find yourself engaging in the same behaviors that you keep you stuck?

Often, if we do not have a good relationship with ourselves effecting change in a way that is involves growth and movement is difficult.  The guidance of psychotherapy can help you to affect more permanent change in life.  Both mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy and yoga psychotherapy offer long lasting change through integrating goals related to body, mind, and spirit.
